Watson BidCo, part of British investment fund BC Partners, wants to take over the Dümmen Orange Group. The companies have asked the Dutch Authority Consumer & Market (ACM) to give permission for the takeover.
ACM is investing the request, to see if enough competition will be left after the takeover. ACM will announce within 4 weeks after receipt of the request whether the takeover can go through.
