Flowers grown for ice cream in Thailand

Dasada, located within Khao Yai National Park (Thailand), is a 800-rai resort and flower nursery enclosed by mountains, forests and lakes. Flowers grow everywhere around the resort, and are even incorporated into the food served at the Bloom and Mokara restaurants.

Dasada also make ice cream using the flowers they grow, with flavors including Jersey Chrysanthemum, Pink Calandiva, Sunflower, Pine Cone, Mont Blanc Gerbera, Phalaenopsis, Calla Lily Brownie and Hydrangea Mint.
