When complaints are received from customers, FloraHolland currently reviews the last 5 auction days of that supplier. From the first week of 2016, this will be increased to 7 auction days.
A supplier is subjected to additional inspection from the Quality intervention team whenever:
- A lot is supplied as A1, but it turns out to be a B1 lot - after 1 complaint (was 2 complaints).
- A lot is supplied as A1, but it turns out to be an A2 lot - after 2 complaints (was 3 complaints).
