New Cytisus racemosus Phebus on display at IPM Essen

SAPHO is a French company which has been distributing new protected varieties of shrubs, climbing plants and perennials for the garden for 40 years. They will introduce a new variety of Cytisus racemosus Phebus at the IPM Essen, Germany, in Hall 2 at the France Pavilion.

Cytisus racemosus Phebus

The Irina - Eurogeni variety has dark green foliage and fine wood and flowers in March-April, which is 8 - 10 days later than the Cytisus Racemosus. Besides that, it is also a more orangey yellow.

"We have selected the Cytisus racemosus Phebus for its regular growth, more compactness and branching, than the standard species, even without trimming. It is easy to grow as no regulators are needed in production. In short, it is an ideal crop for potplant growers," says Olivier Pantin fo SAPHO
