Canada: Medallion fungicide registered for greenhouse and outdoor ornamentals

Flowers Canada announces that Medallion Fungicide (fludioxonil) has been registered for use on greenhouse and outdoor ornamental crops in Canada.



Diseases included on the Medallion Fungicide label are: Alternaria leaf spot (Alternaria alternata, A. zinnae). Rhizoctonia stem rot and aerial blight (Rhizoctonia solani) Botrytis blight/grey mould (Botrytis cinerea), Boxwood blight (Cylindrocladium buxicola), Rhizoctonia stem rot and aerial blight (Rhizoctonia solani), Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum), Black root rot (Thielaviopsis basicola).
