UK: Häagen-Dazs ice cream made of flowers

Häagen-Dazs has created a Little Gardens Limited Edition range, combining ice cream and flowers. The two new floral flavors on offer are Lychee Raspberry Rose and Apricot Lavender. Lychee Raspberry Rose has Turkish rose extract, real lychees and raspberries, while Apricot Lavender features apricot sauce and apricot pieces from Morocco.

Metro had some testers sample these ice creams, which are only available at Liberty's, and results were mixed. Lychee Raspberry Rose either tasted "delicious, like an ice cream version of rose Turkish Delight," or "like eating an old lady's perfume".
