Last year, the Hortiflorexpo IPM that took place in Shanghai ended with records: 19,280 trade visitors came into the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. That corresponded to a visitor increase of two percent. The number of exhibitors and the area rose substantially: On 26,000 square metres (in 2013: 18,000 square metres), 612 exhibitors from 27 countries (in 2013: 413 exhibitors from 24 countries) presented their innovative products and services in the Plants, Technology, Floristry and Garden Features areas.
