As a supplier you are obliged to supply a product photo that is representative of the lot to be auctioned, Royal FloraHolland reminds. "As well as being mandatory, it is also a smart move. Good photos make your product more attractive for a continuously expanding market."
Buyers like to see a representative photo, whether they purchase online or physically from the clock. But some lots are still supplied without a good photo. That is why Royal FloraHolland is going to start taking steps to correct the situation. If a product photo is missing, that lot will not be auctioned in the normal auction group at the clock, but auctioned at the end.
