The 2016 Farwest Show, August 25-27, in Portland, OR, highlights the newest innovations in the green industry at the New Products Showcase. Only products introduced to the marketplace in 2015 and 2016 will be on display in the Showcase on the Expofloor, Thursday, August 25 through Saturday, August 27.
The New Products Showcase offers cutting-edge solutions and the latest 2016 green industry trends. Brand-new retail hard goods, innovative grower applications, and landscape products will be presented, with new ways to enhance growing production practices, expand retail product offerings, and increase workplace efficiency.
Farwest mobile app
There is a Farwest mobile app, which is available for download for this year’s Show. The app, for iPhone and Android, is a free download at the App Store and Google Play.
The Farwest mobile app is an invaluable planning tool for exhibitors and attendees with advance information including: exhibitor listings, speaker sessions and biographies, floor map, and more. At the Show, attendees can use the app to connect with others, track connections, and receive real-time notifications. Show goers will be able to rate speakers, share photos and insights on social media, and join the virtual community at #FarwestShow. The Farwest app has become a popular way to go paperless.
Anyone with the 2015 app already installed can visit the App Store and Google Play and enable updates to have the 2016 show at their fingertips.
