Welcome home! On Thursday, August 11th, thousands of returning holidaymakers were surprised with colorful chrysanthemums at Schiphol. This colorful gift was a thank you to passengers for again choosing to fly via Schiphol this summer.
The flower action in cooperation with Schiphol Airport was an initiative of Stichting Chryson and is part of the Just Chrysanthemum campaign. With this campaign the creative possibilities with chrysanthemums are demonstrated every season.
Project leader Brigitte Hagen of Concept Factory, on behalf of Stichting Chryson: "We can look back on a successful promotional action. The summer mini bouquets contain spray chrysanthemums, Santinis and disbud chrysanthemums in different colors and shapes. Our intention to surprise people with the versatile chrysanthemum in a notable way was a great success, with nice attention from the national media and many enthusiastic reactions."
