The Garden Centre Association has presented Loxley Garden Centre with a GCA Award for “The Midlands Area Most Improved Garden Centre”. The recognition is due to 'all the hard work and skill of the entire team of staff members'.
The Garden Centre Association judges members on several key success factors. These range from great customer service and product range to high environmental standards and creativity.
“The staff have always loved this little centre, and the customers, and we work hard to provide great customer service, great plant knowledge and some stunning displays” says Rachel Shaw, Assistant Manager at Langlands Loxley. “We have always enjoyed recognition for our hard work, and we all strive to have happy customers and healthy plants. With our addition to the Langlands family, we aim to keep improving. The GCA Award for “Most Improved Garden Centre” is proof of all the hard work and love our staff put into this quirky little gem.”
