Rebuilding a 4000 m² orchid greenhouse

After dismantling a 40 year-old, approximately 4000 m² wide span greenhouse, T.C. van den Dool started the new construction of phase 1 last April at the Orchideeën Hoeve, an orchid farm and garden in the Netherlands.

This phase is now ready and consists of approximately 4000 m² Venlo 8 m trellis greenhouse with a polycarbonate roof and gables. The greenhouse is divided in three sections: indoor playing ground, begonia greenhouse and instruction space.

In the meantime T.C. van den Dool started phase 2. And this phase consists of an aviary with a covered circulation of approximately 1230 m² and a monkey pen.
