Griffin recently launched its all-new online sourcing and order management system, Onliant, at onliant.com.
Onliant provides growers and retailers with a single platform from which to source seed, cuttings, young plants, hard goods, production equipment and retail inputs. The site replaces and improves upon Griffin’s separate e-commerce websites for live goods, hard goods and retail supplies.
Griffin customers may log in to Onliant to place orders against current availability for live goods, or against current inventory from their nearest Griffin branch for hard goods and retail supplies. Onliant enables users to edit open orders and track shipments, and to rebook from order history. Griffin customers may also access open quotes and invoices, among other account data.
“Onliant represents a significant advance in horticultural sourcing,” explains Craig Hyslip, Griffin Chief Operating Officer. “The site unites every aspect of our product offering in one convenient, easy-to-use space. It exemplifies of Griffin’s mission to provide end-to-end solutions to our customers.”
Current Griffin customers may log in to Onliant using their existing Griffin e-commerce login credentials; new users may register for a username and password at onliant.com. The company will offer Onliant demonstrations and register new users at its Griffin Grower & Retailer Expos in West Springfield, Mass. (Aug. 31-Sept. 1) and in Lancaster, Penn. (Sept. 21-22).
Griffin intends to continue development of Onliant, adding new features and functionality over time.
