Delaware Valley Floral Group acquires Empire Floral Supply

The Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) has reached an agreement to acquire certain assets of Empire Floral Supply (Empire). Located in Syracuse, New York, Empire is a 35 year old company, which has been serving florists in the Greater Syracuse marketplace. The business will be consolidated into DVFlora, a division of DVFG.

The customers of Empire will be served from the current DVFlora Sales and Distribution Center in Syracuse. Sean Young, President, and Jason Young, COO, of Empire, will be joining DVFlora. Sean commented, “We are delighted that the members of our staff joining DVFlora will be working for a leader in the industry. DVFlora will allow the Empire staff to offer a host of new programs, extended product lines, and enhanced services.”

The DVFlora Syracuse team welcomes Empire Flower Supply. Jason Young (2nd row, third from the right), Sean Young (1st row, fifth from the left) & Mark Rebello, (2nd row, far left), have joined the sales team for DVFlora. They will be working out of DVFlora’s Syracuse Distribution Center located at 4629 Crossroads Drive, Liverpool, NY 13088.
