This year, it is Valleflor's 20th anniversary. The company was established as a family business in Puembo, Ecuador in 1996 and was growing summer flowers on 9 acres. Over the years it has grown rapidly to 74 acres by buying two neighboring farms. Currently, Valleflor can call itself the largest delphinium and statice producer in Latin America.
"Producing the best varieties has been our main focus for all these years. Besides that, we always keep widening our assortment by trying as many "coded test plants" as possible from our breeders. This allows us to offer our customers the newest varieties", says Juan Pablo Ponce and Maria Jose Carrera, Sales staff at the company.
In order to celebrate this anniversary, they invite everyone to the Agriflor in Quito – Ecuador, from 5 to 7 October. They will be showcasing their varieties at stand A7-24.
