The management of the Guangzhou Flower Show announced a name change. From now on, the show will continue as China International Floriculture & Horticulture Trade Fair (Flower Expo China). "We have been cooperating with the Dutch HPP Exhibition for a few months now and together with them, we decided to update the name of the event", says Mae Law from Flower Expo China organizing committee.
The Flower Expo China will be held in Guangzhou International Sourcing Centre in Guangzhou, China, from March 13th-15th. They expect to join hands with nearly 500 floral enterprises from all over the world that will showcase new species, technology, process as well as innovations on site. Besides that, the show management expects to attract 38,000 professional visitors from over 60 countries and regions, including China, USA, Netherlands, Kenya, Ecuador, Korea, Japan, Germany, Belgium, India, Russia, Australia, etc.
Last year's edition
The 8th China International Floriculture & Horticulture Trade Fair 2016 (Flower Expo China 2016) was grandly held on March 18th-20th, in Guangzhou International Sourcing Centre, which gathered over 300 companies that showcased flowers, pot plants, flowerpots, materials and equipment, flower shop supplies, garden tools, supplies on site.
Flower Expo China 2016 had attracted florist dealers and professional visitors both at home and abroad, including flower shopping centers, growers, society of florists, housing design and landscape. In total, 33,580 professional visitors from over 30 countries and regions, such as the Netherlands, America, France, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Russia and others conducted their visits and purchases on-site, including 2,386 foreign professional visitors and purchasers.
According to the show management, 90% of the exhibitors were satisfied with the exhibition effect and some of whom have booked booths in the next editions.
