October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. Last week at The Delaware Valley Floral Group, everyone at the company was Thinking Pink.
To raise funds, DVFG employees purchased and wore custom designed Think Pink t-shirts (made by the company's Marketing Department), participated in bake sales, and even donated to ‘dress down’ for the week. Almost 100 employees across all of the company's locations sported their Think Pink shirts.
All of the over $2,000 raised by DVFG’s Think Pink Week will be donated to The National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.
