S.G. Baker was taken over by LC Packaging in January 2014. Behind the scenes people have been working hard on the smooth transition of SGB into LC. As of the 1st of January 2017, S.G. Baker will change its name to LC Packaging.
With offices, distribution facilities and production locations in Europe, Africa and Asia, LC wishes to communicate its business practices through a single identity. As a consequence, it has been decided that the name LC Packaging, already established since 1923 and developed across Europe during the past 93 years, is to be the focal point for the strategy.
The name change will have no impact on the quality of service and support and the teams in Friockheim, Scotland and Grantham, England offices stay intact.
