The ilex fields in Willow Creek are bursting with color, and Sun Valley Farms are busy picking stems. The ilex program has been a personal project of Lane's for several years, and his dedication to perfection is evident in this crop.
The Willow Creek farm is an awe-inspiring place. This movie, created by local drone filmmaker Chad Johnson, highlights the dramatic color of the field and the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
What you can't see in this film is the bald eagle that was soaring around nearby, curious about the UFO swooping through the sky.
Sun Valley will be picking their red ilex into December; however, the fall-hued berries will be done quickly. They have gold, orange, flame, and red.
