UK: Earley Ornamentals showcases Penstemon Pentastic at HTA
The already comprehensive Earley Penstemon range has been extended to include the new, eye-catching series Penstemon Pentastic. This variety offers impressive flower power and colour impact.
Pentastic is available in three vivid colours Pink, Rose and Red. With large, dense flowers and a frost hardy broad leaf, it grows to a height of 30cm and is suitable for patio pots and the herbaceous border.
Extending summer sales and autumn flowering
Programmable and fast-growing, Pentastic requires no extra pinching, spacing or PGRS. It is also a particularly good option for retailers looking to extend summer sales and for end-customers wanting plants that will flower into the autumn months, with the flowers re-blooming a few weeks later with pruning.
Bred in the UK by Fred Yates, Pentastic is disease tolerant, has a naturally compact habit and is self-branching with short flower spikes.
