With barely two months to go, the contents of the five Houses of Inspiration at Plantarium 2017 are becoming increasingly concrete. Participants and suppliers are working together on filling out the displays. The House of Christmas Inspiration 2017 tells the story of the 2017 Christmas trends.
The design of the House of Christmas Inspiration is based on the circle of life. The centre of the circle of life is located in the middle of the space. The circle of life is connected to the four corners of the House of Inspiration by decorative cloth. Each corner has its own theme, which matches a particular target group/life cycle. Each target group will receive its own presentation, which is based on a mood/sales presentation and can be used by garden centres. The design, colours and materials used are coordinated within each theme, producing a complete concept.
The House of Christmas Inspiration is made possible by a collaboration between eight companies: Hulst Tuinplanten, Green Team Holland, Amigo Plant, Hoogeveen Plants, Moerings Skimmia, VB Kerstbomen, Kébol and Dymak. The design is by Judith de Frankrijker.
Another four in the making
The arrangement of the other four Houses of Inspiration is still in full swing. With names like The Magical Experience and Urban Gardening, expectations are high.
Plantarium will be held from 23 to 26 August 2017 in the Plantarium building at the International Trade Centre Boskoop-Hazerswoude. Further information on the trade fair or about taking part can be found at www.plantarium.nl.
