Japanese flower shop owner creates Iced Flowers

Azuma Makoto, an artist from Japan, fell in love with flowers after a job at the flower market in Tokyo. One of his latest creations have been art pieces with astonishing flowers processed inside of ice. The exhibition dubbed Iced Flowers was held in 2015 at a warehouse in a Japanese town called Ogose.

In some cases, flowers were making their way out through the melting ice and you could see the petals emerging.
