The growth is in Poland: sales market number 5 for flowers and plants in Europe defines itself through the economic situation with the opportunities that go with this. Where the well known important sales countries show a stable situation, Poland moves a place higher on the ranking and grew by over 30% in the first quarter. The Flower Expo Poland, which takes place from 31 August to 2 September in Expo XXI in Warsaw (PL), offers a suitable platform for suppliers and buyers in the sector to meet each other. There is something new for growers this year: in collaboration with GREENN the demo space will be turned into a flower shop and the demonstrations will take place between flowers with well known floral designers: Roman Steinhauer (RU), Tomasz Kuczyński (PL), Zygmunt Sieradzan (PL), and Johan Martens (NL). Growers can have their products displayed for a relatively low price. Flower Expo Poland is organised in close collaboration with the agency for the Polish Growers Association - Agencja Promocji Zieleni.

Florist Pavilion
During the Flower Expo Poland, GREENN is organising a florists pavilion where growers of flowers and plants and suppliers of pots and vases can participate and present their products during the three fair days, as well as use them in the demonstrations. Florists can gain information and inspiration in the pavilion and be informed of special products that growers have available. Companies who also want to show their product here can contact the organiser:

(Inter)national supply
Besides the collaboration with GREENN the Polish Florist Association (Stowarzyszenie Florystów Polskich-SFP), is also involved in the realisation of the florist programme. On Thursday Zygmunt and Roman will give two duo demonstrations. Tomász Max Kuczyński will give two inspiring sessions on Friday. On Friday and/or Saturday September 2 Johan Martens will perform and the SFP is organising multiple FlowerBattles with the audience. Consumers that can visit the fair on Saturday are challenged to face the professionals. Florist schools will also present their knowledge to the public every day. The definitive programme can be downloaded from the site at, as can the seminar programme.

Ambassadors & supporting partners

The florists pavilion is supported by the Dutch Embassy in Warsaw. Besides this support the following companies are still part of the supporting team at the fair: SIGMA PR-bureau Warsaw, the Polish florists association (Stowarzyszenie Florystów Polskich), the Dutch Embassy in Warsaw, the Union of Wholesalers in Floral Cultivation Products (VGB), Floribusiness, Plastiflora Poland and Floral Moments are our active partners and ambassadors are active in growing the reputation of the fair.
