Italian supplier Helkon is introducing their water ionization technology. The company claims it is an eco-friendly solution for the physical (not chemical, chemical-physical nor electrochemical) treatment of various plant/crop diseases (Xylella Fastidiosa, Flavescence Dorée and other) and enhancing plant/crop growth; irrigation water, spraying and nebulization.
According to Helkon, a primary benefit is the bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect of the ionized water on plants and crops, from roots to leaves, which permit to:
