Mike Biotech Asia, the Plant Tissue Culture Lab of Mike Flora Group, was presented with a National Level Merit Award by The Ceylon National Chamber of Industries at a ceremony held on August 9th 2018, held at the Grand Ballroom of Hotel Galadari, Colombo.
The subject award was presented to Mike Biotech, in recognition of the standards maintained in the field of exports, and the determination and commitment displayed in preserving the environment & nature that help to uphold the eco-friendly processes.
Mike Biotech Asia is the young plant production division of the Mike Group of companies established in 2004. Mike Biotech Asia is situated in heart of capital, Colombo. The plant tissue culture laboratory with 20,000 sq.ft. floor area is equipped with state-of-the-art production and R&D facilities.
The Ceylon National Chamber of Industries, which was established in 1980 is a recognized body that seeks to honor annually Sri Lanka’s Industrialists, both in the Government and Private sector, and also in the SAARC regional countries, who have excelled in their respective enterprises, both in the manufacturing and service industries.
