India: Growers trained in commercial floriculture

Department of Floriculture, Reasi in collaboration with the Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Reasi of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology-Jammu organised a training programme on commercial floriculture on Tuesday at village Kolsar in Reasi District which was attended by large number of farmers of the area.

The major objective of the programme was to boost the floriculture industry in the hilly areas of Reasi Distt and to provide technical assistance to the farmers for better results of the floriculture crops.
