Van Nifterik Holland B.V. from Ede has taken over all activities from Bambooexporter (Nooit Gedagt Import & Export B.V.). This was after an agreement with the Bankruptcy trustee on 22 November 2018.
Nooit Gedagt Import & Export B.V. was declared bankrupt on October 23, 2018. They mainly supplied bamboo racks and sticks to horticulture.
This acquisition fits in well with the current customer base and assortment, according to Van Nifterik. The company sees it as a challenge to successfully continue the activities of Bambooexporter.
