Swedish chain of garden centers reveals new products

The interest in the self-cultivation of plants and edible crops continues to grow in Sweden, which means that the demand for vegetable and flower seeds also increases. Especially young people are showing an interest in plants and gardening. Plantagen, a Swedish chain of garden centers, is responding to that trend with 400 varieties of seeds, packed in bags made of tomato paper. The packaging is 100% recyclable and most of the seeds have the EU organic quality mark.

The fact that Plantagen pays attention to the environment and sustainability is also evident from the fact that many of the seeds originate from plants that attract bees and other pollinating insects. In this way, the company wants to contribute to more biological diversity.
