Dutch football team donates old jerseys to Kenyan breeders

Flower Business Support is sending a set of football clothing from the Katwijk football club FC Rijnvogels to various nurseries in Kenya. This was already done at the Equinox and Ravine rose nurseries, and later more will follow.

The small Dutch football club started its own clothing line, which is why a new destination was needed for the old clothing. This is how Jaap Snijer from Flower Business Support, who is also a member of the football club, became involved. He regularly travels to Kenya and knows a lot of growers there, since his company assists growers in optimizing flower transport. And because actual villages are popping up around different nurseries, complete with football academies, it's possible for him to reach out to those communities.
