J&P Ten Have is a modern pot plant company that specialises in the cultivation of Begonia. It was founded in 1955 by the father of the current owners, Jos and Peter.
Since then, J&P Ten Have has specialised in other crops. Along with Begonia, they cultivate Betulia, an abundantly flowering species, to which they have the exclusive rights, and another exclusive variety, Gloxinia Sonata. This is the only double-bloomed Gloxinia on the market. In season this grower also supplies Primula obconica, Princettia, winter begonia Grace and Poinsettia.
J&P Ten Have's goal has always been to cultivate a broad and exclusive assortment of the best quality. The entire company is focused on that. All plants are graded for height, volume and maturity with a camera system. In addition, Jos and Peter strive to have the most exclusive and best selected Begonia varieties in their assortment. One example of that is the unique Begonia Valentino.
