OHP FireWorxx herbicide now available

"A great tool where fast burn down is required”

OHP announces the launch and immediate availability of FireWorxx Herbicide, an OMRI-listed, fast-acting biological herbicide that is active against weeds, algae, and moss.

Using a non-staining ammonium soap of fatty acids, FireWorxx is a non-selective herbicide that controls or suppresses many troublesome weeds such as bittercress, chickweed, groundsel, dandelions, oxalis, and grasses.

"We are excited to add FireWorxx to our stable of biosolutions,” says OHP Vice President and General Manager Dan Stahl. "With its quick activity, FireWorxx is a great tool for greenhouses, nurseries, and landscaped settings where fast burn down is required.”

FireWorxx may be used on weeds, algae, and moss, in greenhouses, nurseries, landscaped areas, flower gardens, around buildings and sidewalks, in gravel, and in other areas. Users should be aware not to spray on desirable plants. FireWorxx can be used in cooler weather conditions.

FireWorxx has a 12-hour Restricted Entry Interval (REI) and Caution Signal Word.
