A mixture of high quality plant material and improved logistics have brought Innocenti Mangoni Piante a 20% increase in the U.K. This is in comparison to the same period in 2018.
An extended plant range and availability, quicker turnaround in pricing and improved general service from their expanded team have all been contributory factors.
Early plant reservations
Clients started as early as June to visit the nursery in Pistoia to reserve plants for the next season. This is unusual for UK clients that have a tendency to visit in the Autumn, and is seen by Innocenti & Mangoni as a very positive factor.
Young plant introduction
The introduction of new additions to their young plants range now provides a wider choice of material for the garden centre market. This extensive choice will be exhibited at Four Oaks Show, where Innocenti & Mangoni will be making their debut.
Physocarpus opulifolius ('Jonight') Midnight
Among the new varieties is Physocarpus opulifolius ('Jonight') Midnight which has one of the darkest ninebark foliage varieties known. It has deciduous, maple-like leaves in a very dark burgundy red.
Meet Industry 'Stalwart'
There will be an added attraction to their stand with the presence of industry stalwart Doug Reade. This well known figure will be present on the Innocenti & Mangoni stand.
Here he will be delighted to meet old and new friends in a convivial corner where one can enjoy well known Tuscan hospitality! (Stand B101-104/80-81-90-91).
