Kenya: 6 friends from Naivasha fight plastic pollution

The Rocking Re-Cyclers, 6 friends from Naivasha, are looking for any generous companies (or individuals) who would like to support them, and be involved with this very worthy cause.

The Rocking Re-Cyclers have planned a bicycle ride called Cycle4Seas. The itinerary starts on the 25th of August 2019, leaving from Kajiado (just outside Nairobi) and finishes in Watamu, on the Kenyan coast, approximately 680 km, on the 31st August 2019

The aim of the bike safari is to raise awareness in the towns and villages along the way, about the waste, especially plastics, that end up in the rivers, lakes and consequently into the sea. Seas4Life focuses on preserving coral reefs, stunning beaches, the important mangrove forests and marine life which is in serious danger due to human pollution and destruction. The Trust also supports and educates communities in protecting their heritage and livelihoods.
