Each year, Bernard Zuidgeest and Fedor van Veen cultivate, together with their team, 35 million stems, divided over 3 locations and 7.6 hectares. Together2Grow has 26 varieties of Alstroemeria in their assortment and adds a new, exclusive variety every year.
To cultivate Alstroemeria of the perfect quality, Together2Grow has created the ideal climate inside the greenhouse. They use organic pesticides and add sustainably produced CO2. Finally, the Together2Grow’s Alstroemerias are divided in 3 levels of quality. A unique x-ray photo is made of each stem during this division. Based on this picture, the level of the Alstroemeria will be determined. This way, Together2Grow can offer its entire assortment in consistent quality year-round.
