Australia: "Are you an exciting new thinker?"

Expressions of interest are being received from all sectors of the industry to participate in Greenlife Industry Australia’s first strategic plan workshop in Melbourne this October.

Working backwards from 2050 the aim is to develop a strategy for the association to ensure it is a respected and influential organisation delivering benefits to Members. Using the guiding strategic imperatives of developing markets, reducing costs and protecting investments, the focus of the workshop will be on the objectives for the association for 2020-2025.

Places have been reserved at the workshop for new and exciting thinkers from the greenlife industry. Participation in the strategy workshop is your opportunity to help develop the pathway and priorities for your new national peak body.

  • Where do you see your industry in 30 years?
  • And how do you think it should get there?
  • What do you think should be the priorities for your national representative body?

The workshop will be facilitated and feature presentations designed to encourage innovative thinking and prioritisation of objectives.

Recognising the importance of industry involvement in planning the strategy, the Greenlife Industry Australia Board has agreed to subsidise interstate participants $200 per day and home state participants at $100 per day.

If you or someone you know are interested in joining the workshop, please complete the Expression of Interest form available here. Successful applicants will be notified in the week commencing 30 September.
