It is like carnaval, the flower parade. If you are not from the area (Zundert, Rijnburg, Westland, etc.), it is hard to understand what all the fuzz is about. For the in-crowd it is a matter of the greatest importance.

But all agree, it is beautiful. Last weekend, it was time again for possibly the most famous flower parade, the one by Zundert. It was the 78th edition and by tradition, the 20 different neighborhoods try to beat each other with the most beautiful decorated floats.
