Russian rose grower expands thanks to generous investments

A greenhouse complex specializing in rose growing was opened in the Russian village of Narovchat in 2006. Twelve years later the greenhouse with an acreage of 3 ha was fully modernized with the help of investments amounting to 2.7 million euros. In 2019, financing continued, and the modernization of the second greenhouse has also been fulfilled with an investment of 2 million euros. Currently, the enterprise employs 84 people.

The complex grows 15 varieties of roses. The production volume in the period of January-June 2019 comprised 1.4 million flowers, which were delivered to Saratov, Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Belarus.

The governor of the region, Mr. Ivan Belozertsev, visited the complex as part of a working trip and noted the reliability of the investor.

“Two years ago the investor promised to modernize the greenhouse complex in the Penza region and to train the employees. I have had another confirmation that he keeps his promises. We will continue our cooperation further”, cites the press service of the government.
