Who gives them an assignment?

"Students offer free advice to horticultural company

Renate, Jorg, and Jasper are fourth-year students of Business Administration and Agribusiness from the HAS Hogeschool in Den Bosch. For their specialization International Business Management, they are looking for a horticultural company in Europe (but outside the NL) with at least 50 employees. "With our fresh vision, we will execute an organizational/management-focused assignment."

What is in it for the grower?

  • A broad internal and external analysis
  • An evaluation of the company activities and strategy
  • Trouble shooting analysis
  • Improvement plan and advice report (this will be done by literature research, contact with experts and other companies with similar problems)

The students: "Growers can compare us with a consultancy agency coming for an evaluation: the difference is we will put a lot of time in the project (around 400 hours) and will come at no cost." They will visit the company twice during the research. The first visit is planned from 30 September to 4 October.
