Havecon Horticultural Projects welcomes Ricky Elz to the North American Sales Team. Ricky will be working out of the Niagara on the Lake, Ontario office. According to the company, Ricky is a dynamic team player who exhibits strong leadership, creative thinking and is performance driven.
Ricky brings with him a solid background in Project Design and Technical Sales. He spent 10 years managing several of his own businesses and has spent the last 6 years in Mechanical Engineering Design and Project Management. Ricky’s experience spans throughout North America and the Middle East.
His background in Mechanical Engineering Technology coupled with his sales background and previous experience of business management as a small business owner gives him a very well-rounded perspective on the needs of customers. Ricky also professionally speaks three languages, English, Arabic and Russian.
Ricky joined Havecon four months ago, because of his passion for sales, and because he’s following in his father's footsteps into the horticultural field. Ricky grew up around greenhouses and helped his father plant and grow a variety of crops at a young age.
