Since 2017, Sunshine Bouquet has been collaborating with the local government in the Cundinamarca region to process and hire Venezuelan refugees and Colombian returnees. To date, Sunshine has hired over 1,600 part-time workers and provided them with wages, temporary housing, transportation, access to medical care, job training and educational opportunities.
