UK looks beyond EU to Kenya flower farms

The United Kingdom imports $3bn worth of flowers every year, historically from the Netherlands.

But with a possible Brexit looming, it is looking to Kenya, a trading partner with whom it has had a special relationship with.

That has given new hope to Kenyan flower growers that their English roses will soon be blooming in the UK.
