The opening of the new factory of D&D Production & Sourcing is planned for October 31st by Wim van de Donk, His Majesty’s Governor of the province North Brabant in the Netherlands.
D&D Production & Sourcing is a Dutch company that produces machines and equipment for customers with their own sales organisations in China.
Manufacturing machines and equipment have increased exponentially, especially for the horticulture and agro-food industries.
The new location is in Jiashan, about 40 minutes south of Shanghai. Situated at the newly developed Sino-Dutch development zone in Jiashan, close to the Dutch Greenhouse Delta and right across from Heineken, the largest beer brewery in Asia.
In the new plant, 5000 m2, the company starts with sheet metal production. They have invested in a number of machines: hydraulic and mechanical presses; welding equipment; CNC punching and bending machines etc.
