Roses Forever will be traveling to the Netherlands with a double amount of roses next week. For the first time, they will attend two trade shows at the same time. At the International Flower Trade Fair IFTF, they will show their best selling products and novelties, as they used to do, while at the Flora Holland Trade Fair in Aalsmeer, they will present their finished plants that are grown at their nursery Rosa ApS to buyers, wholesalers and exporters.

Pot roses in Aalsmeer
“For Rosa ApS, it will be the very first time to attend the Trade Fair in Aalsmeer”, says Rosa Eskelund, breeder at Roses Forever. Rosa ApS is a Roses Forever License grower run by her son Anders Eskelund. He grows pot roses for EU market and offer finished plants and young plants to buyers and exporters “The display will be different as we focus on the products that are already available for sales, the pot roses ‘Infinity’, ‘Love Forever’, ‘Love Fragrant Forever’ being a part of it, just like some of the ‘Rosas Roses’. Rosa ApS focuses on the customers, so they gladly make production of alternative pot sizes according to the customers’ wishes and needs."

e Infinity Rose is an example of this. Right now it is available in six lovely colors in 10.5 cm pots, but orders in alternative pot sizes can be made. "We have seen an increase in popularity for the 21 cm bowl with Infinity roses over the last few years. Now we also mix colors in the same pot. All the products shown in Aalsmeer are produced in Denmark at Rosa ApS. The Infinity roses are popular all over the world with their large and filled flowers with extraordinary longevity and more than 100 petals. Now, for the first time, they will be shown also at the Aalsmeer."

New varieties at IFTF
With the IFTF more focused on the visiting growers, Rosa will present a lot of the new varieties that are bred under the name of Roses Forever ApS. This breeding company is run by Rosa and Harley Eskelund and sells license to grow as well as know-how to growers all over the world. "There will be pot roses, cut roses, Gourmet roses and roses for long culture times. “We can advise growers here with picking the crop that is right for their nursery.

Love Forever roses have big flowers and seven strong colors also in 10.5 cm pots.
