Belgian grower Laurica Plants report strong pre-Christmas retail sales. These began early and continued unabated. “Our gold and red pots have again been very popular", says Director Marian Maenhoudt.
“We sell them on mix trolleys, or the garden centre can order the sizes they request. The red pot with its golden border is still an eye-catcher in the garden centres. This makes an ideal present for friends or family or you buy one for yourself, using it as a Christmas Tree.”
35 Years at IPM Essen
As part of their on-going marketing, Laurica Plants have produced a new-look logo. The Bay Tree and Laurel grower will take their usual slot at IPM Essen in January. This will be their 35th consecutive year at the plant fair. You can find them in Hall 6 Stand C26.
