On November 28, a seminar was held for specialists of agronomic services of floriculture enterprises on the topic: “Issues of improving the technology of growing roses for cutting in horticulture”.
The Invisible Friends company gave much assistance to the Association Greenhouses of Russia in organizing and conducting the seminar.
The seminar was attended by specialists of Russian and foreign companies, experts on the problems of growing roses in greenhouses.
The general characteristic of all stages of the technology of growing roses for cutting was given by Anton Viktorovich Shundeev, CEO of Invisible Friends.
Candidate of biological sciences, consultant of LLC AgriStream Ladogina Maria Pavlovna and manager and consultant of JSC Yara – Denyakina Elena Mikhailovna talked about the nutritional characteristics of roses grown in a protected soil.
Alexey Viktorovich Kurenin, an expert at Grodan presented new products – mats for growing Vitaflor roses. The agricultural consultant of LLC AgroBioTehnologiya, Viktor Nikolayevich Yuvarov, and the agricultural consultant of the Spanish company Agrobio, Kees Kouwenhoven, spoke on comprehensive protection of roses, including biological protective agents.
About the problems of climate control issues and monitoring in greenhouses spoke the general director of LLC Greenhouse Systems Borodin Ilya Dmitrievich and agronomist of Israeli company Paskal – Mikhail Vorobyov.
In conclusion, the leader of the seminar, Alexander Litvinenko, shared with the participants the experience of the proper selection of rose varieties for growing for cutting in protected soil conditions.
