A delegation from Turkey visits Royal FloraHolland, growers and greenhouse companies

A delegation from Zonguldak, a city located in northern Turkey has visited Royal FloraHolland, growers and greenhouse companies in the Netherlands to establish an organized greenhouse zone in Zonguldak. The delegation led by the city governor Erdogan Bektas, also included chairmen of the chambers of commerce and agriculture in addition to the investors and Black Sea Region Development Agency Chairman Mehmet Cetinkaya.

The delegation went to the Netherlands as a part of the project to establish an organized greenhouse production zone in the Caycuma district of Zonguldak. The project is already approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and the land for the project is already allocated.
The delegation left Turkey on December 8th and has visited Royal FloraHolland Naaldwijk Flower Auction and various growers, industry suppliers and solution providers such as Vilosa Kalanchoe, Barendse Gerbera, Eetcafe de Bonte Haas, Delphy Improvement Centre, Agro Energy/ Blue Radix, Van der Waal Sweet Peppers, GreenPack Tomato Grading and Packing, World Horti Centre, and BMC Moerdijk.
