Erik van der Sluys received a degree in Ecological Systems and minor in Biology in 2014 from Seattle University. Since then, he has worked as a Farm Manager for Seattle University, a Grower for TKO Reserve, and an IPM Technician for Iwasaki Brothers INC using BCA releases on a wide variety of crops. He has experience with pest management in food crops, cannabis, and ornamentals.
Erik started working with Beneficial Insectary in 2019 as an IPM Specialist covering the Pacific Northwest for BI using his experience with scheduled bio control programs to assist growers with establishing and maintaining their own programs tailored to their specific needs.
