Kenya: United Selections inaugurates their solar project during their Open Day

The new year took off and for rose breeder United Selections, a lot of plans have been lined up for this year. For a start, they will be having their annual Nakuru Open days on January 16 and 17, which all are invited to attend. This year, the event will have a special touch as they will be inaugurating their solar plant project.

Open Day

Last year, they kicked off with their solar plant project. The project was implemented by ecoligo, a Germany-based solar company with a subsidiary in Kenya, in cooperation with its Kenyan-based installation and service partner Yingli Namene. Flower growers are encouraged to attend to find out how this could benefit their respective companies as well.
