Oboya has over the past 18 months focused on adjusting the cost base to continue streamlining working practices and strengthening the revenue side. Hence, Oboya strengthens the management team with new COO with a focus on Europe.
Martin Dahlberg will take over as COO on 20th of March, focusing on operations in Europe. Martin is an educated civil engineer in industrial economics from Lund University of Technology and most recently comes from a global sales manager role within a public listed company where Martin has significantly increased sales while improving the coverage ratio.
"My main task will be to increase the profitability of sales, streamline our work processes and ensure customer satisfaction through higher service, mainly in Europe. This will be done at the same time as we will grow organically and establish Oboya as the leading supplier of products to the growing industry," says Martin Dahlberg, newly appointed COO, for Oboya.
