"Cyclamen is not only available in two or three colours"

"Customers should always get to know new products and enjoy them, because cyclamen is not only available in two or three colours," explains Herbert Schneider. The potted plant company is run jointly by him and his brother Thomas Schneider in the fourth generation and is located in Moers, Germany. The two brothers have specialised in cyclamen and geraniums. In the new ‘supplier in the spotlight’ video, Veiling Rhein-Maas introduces the company H. Schneider GbR to you.

New products
On a regular basis, new trends need to be set and new varieties should be offered to the customers. The latest product offered at the auction clock is the ‘Victoria’ in a 6 cm pot. Herbert and Thomas Schneider work closely together with a young plant company on further novelties. Important for customer satisfaction is the freshness of the products, good sortings and a long shelf life.

‘Premium Quality’ products and good cooperation
"We are particularly proud that Veiling Rhein-Maas gives us the opportunity to market our cyclamen as a 'Premium Quality' product", says Herbert Schneider. Both are very satisfied in terms of the cooperation with the staff at Veiling Rhein-Maas. Their contact persons in the Assortment and Import Management are always quick to help them with questions about the sorting of goods, product presentation and the introduction of new products.

Sustainable production
"By sustainable production we mean that we use beneficial organisms to ensure organic farming. Furthermore, we have a biomass heating system to produce CO2-neutral. We also buy green electricity," Thomas Schneider concludes.
